30 DAY MONEY BACK PROMISE

We want you to love what arrives. If it is not right for you, we are here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at vexcrafts@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address within 1 to 2 business days.

Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at vexcrafts@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

FREE GIFTS

Any free gift included with your order does not need to be returned and is yours to keep.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
